CutTime is the platform that allows parents to view their student’s program costs, make payments, and track assigned equipment.

It also has a feature that allows parents and students to send emails and txts to friends and family to help cover their costs.

GroupMe is a great tool for quick communication! We primarily use it to provide time-sensitive updates to parents during events and practices, such as ‘Buses will be arriving at back to school 30min late.’ or ‘Someone left their trombone on the curb outside the classroom.’

It’s also a great way for parents to communicate and coordinate with each other.

Volunteering can be a lot of work, but the joy and rewards that come with it are even greater! One of the best parts is getting to spend time with the kids—encouraging them, cheering them on, and even becoming a mentor along the way.

There are so many fun and meaningful ways to get involved. Below are a few of the roles where we could always use a hand—but if you have other talents or skills you’d like to share, we’d love to hear about them too!

    • Hospitality

      • Ensuring the students have refreshments and are comfortable.

    • Competition Day Support

      • Help with loading/unloading the trailers.

      • Ensuring equipment and props get on and off the field quickly and safely.

    • Event Production

      • Designing, setup, and teardown for banquets, concerts, and special events.

    • Equipment Maintenance & Repair

      • There’s always a broken caster (or 6) to fix!

    • Prop Building & Decorating

      • Constructing all sorts of stuff from lumber, PVC pipe, steel, and whatever else may be laying around.

      • Painting, gluing, and sewing
