Marching Band Uniform Fitting during rehearsal this Friday, 8/14.

(this does not apply to Color Guard - your fitting has already been completed)

We will be fitting them for a Jacket and Bibbers. These are worn over the top of the students' clothing. 

Students are not required to undress during the fitting. It is strongly recommended that students change into the rehearsal/practice clothes in the restrooms before the fitting.

Tips to get the best possible fit:

• Don't wear jeans.

• Wear form-fittiing/close-fitting clothes. This should be the same clothing worn during rehearsals/practices.

  • Students can change into the rehearsal/practice clothes in the restrooms before the fitting

• Absolutely NO JEANS.

• Wear socks, please

• Students should know their general clothing sizes in INCHES

• Students should know their shoe size

• Please don't wear jeans. Seriously.

Marching Shoes (Drillmasters)

If your student doesn't have Drillmaster marching shoes or their shoes are looking shabby, please send them with a check or cash to the fitting. We will be measuring their feet for Drillmasters Marching Shoes using the manufacturer's Sizing Chart.

By placing a bulk order for Drillmasters Marching Shoes, we are able to save on shipping and reduce the per-student cost from $70 to $55. We will verify the shoe size with you before placing the order.

We are excited to announce that Rivera Imagery Sports will be hosting a Senior Banner Photo Session for the Platinum Sound & Emerald Guard!

This is a special opportunity to celebrate and honor our graduating seniors with a custom banner that showcases their dedication, pride, and accomplishments on the field. Banners will be proudly displayed in the CHS Stadium until students take them home at the end of the season.

This session is designed specifically for our seniors and will highlight them in a bold, clean, and professional style that’s perfect for Senior Night recognition and school display.

 What to Bring 

To make sure every student is fully prepared for a head to toe session, please have your senior bring:

• Drillmasters Shoes or Dance Shoes (uniforms are already in the Band Room)

• Instrument if hand held/Accessories tied to instrument if larger, Rifle, Saber, etc

• Director approved accessories

• Letterman jacket, if desired

• Come made up and with hair done!

We want every senior to feel confident and comfortable while still capturing the spirit of their contribution to the Platinum Sound & Emerald Guard!

 Investment

Students are responsible for $40. (The total cost for the Senior Banner Session is $85 per student. The balance is being covered by the CHS PSEG Boosters.)

After banners are delivered, a post-order online gallery will be available for families who would like to purchase additional prints or specialty add-ons.
